At QuizMagic.io, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our premium subscription services.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of subscription. If you are not satisfied with our premium features within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.
Partial Month Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service within the first 7 days
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service failure or extended downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use the platform
- Dissatisfaction with premium features within the 7-day trial period
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Change of mind or lack of use after the trial period
- Failure to cancel subscription before automatic renewal
- Requests for refunds due to temporary service interruptions or maintenance
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and subscription details
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the eligible refund period
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Free Plan Limitations
Our free plan has usage limitations (3 quizzes per month). These limitations are clearly stated and are not grounds for refunds. Users are encouraged to test our free features before upgrading to premium.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we may need to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.
9. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods as an alternative resolution. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through our platform. The updated policy will apply to all future subscriptions.
