- 7 cognitive domain definitions. Each standardized battery is broken down into its cognitive domains with conceptual and operational definitions, browseable in the Library view.
- White-labeled examinee experience. Your school logo replaces ours on the examinee interface.
- Dedicated admin portal. Three-pane sidebar layout: Library (tests, domains, manuals), Sessions (create / monitor / share), Results (live dashboard, exports, violation flags).

No app to install. No account to create. Works on laptop, tablet, or phone. Sessions can be opened to anyone with the link, or restricted by name list — your choice.
The Admin Experience
Your admissions team works from a dedicated portal isolated from the consumer side of QuizMagic:

/login-selectorand choose Partner School. The login is formally styled, hides social/sign-up options, and verifies yourinstitution_adminrole server-side. Unauthorized accounts are signed out immediately. - You land on
/iq-testing, a three-pane workspace:- Library — every test in your package, with cognitive-domain definitions and downloadable technical manuals.
- Sessions — create a new test session, configure time limit / anti-cheating rules, get a shareable link and QR code to distribute.
- Results — every submitted attempt with student name, raw score, IQ score, time taken, and any anti-cheating violation flags.
- Export results to CSV (bulk reconciliation) or PDF (individual candidate reports) directly from the dashboard.
- Multiple admins per institution are supported — assign as many staff accounts as your admissions team needs.
- Admins who also have a personal QuizMagic account get a dashboard-switching toggle to flip between the institutional portal and their personal teacher dashboard.
Anti-Cheating for High-Stakes Admissions

1. What is the minimum order?

2. What tests are available?
Industry-standard batteries are pre-loaded in our Library. You can also onboard your own validated battery via the AI IQ Test Parser (see “Bring Your Own Test” above).
3. Can we use our own proprietary test?
Yes. Send us the source PDF and your raw-to-IQ conversion table. Our parser converts it to structured form, our team reviews it, and it appears in your Library — typically within 3–5 business days.
4. How does white-labeling work?
You upload your school logo (or we do it for you). It then appears on every examinee screen in place of the QuizMagic logo. The platform falls back to our logo only if no institution logo is uploaded.
5. Do examinees need to create an account?
No. They click your session link, enter their name, and start. No email, no password, no app install. This dramatically reduces drop-off compared to systems that require account creation.
6. What does the results export look like?
CSV exports include Student Name, Date, Raw Score, IQ Score, Time Taken, and any anti-cheating violation flags. Individual PDF reports are also available per candidate.
7. How strong is the anti-cheating?
Full stack: fullscreen, tab-switch, window-blur (desktop), copy/paste block, right-click block, devtools detection, warning-then-auto-submit, plus browser-fingerprint duplicate prevention. Every violation is logged against the attempt for admin review.
8. Can the same applicant retake the test?
By default, one attempt per examinee per session — enforced by browser fingerprint and session identifier so incognito mode can’t bypass it. You can override on a case-by-case basis from the admin dashboard.
9. Do unused slots expire?
Slots are valid for the duration of your institutional agreement (typically 12 months). Talk to us about longer-term arrangements.
10. How many admin accounts can we have?
Unlimited. Add as many staff to your institution as your admissions team needs. Admins with an existing personal QuizMagic account keep both roles and can switch between dashboards.
